  I agree with all the positive reviews about Kelly's baked goods, luncheon items and, most importantly, wonderful employees.
  
  BUT, I will never pre-order from Kelly's again and I will NEVER pre-pay again. I ordered and paid (by phone) for three dozen hot cross buns for Easter Sunday. As instructed, I arrived at 2 today to pick up my order. But, the careless staff (bakers were blamed but they just bake) sold out all hot cross buns and held nothing back for orders already taken. Take the $ while you can, I guess.
  
  So, I will go back tonight at 7 pm - rearranged a dinner appointment to make this happen - to pick up my order (I hope). I won't believe this until I see it. It was 7 tonight or 7 tomorrow morning - jeez!
  
  I will continue to enjoy their products but will not order out ever again. Customers who do so seem to slip to the bottom of the priority list - even after paying.
  
  This is sad - not the end of my happy life as I know it - but a sad commentary about how Kelly's manages its ordering process. I hope they see a management lesson in this review and act accordingly - but who knows?
