  Most of members of the staff were great. Mike is a nice guy who helped me source the part I needed, and there was another person I couldn't remember the name of. However, there was one guy claiming to be a "Japanese car specialist" and it was an instant turn off to receiving any help from him. Anyone claiming something so generic and ignorant (and that could potentially mislead customers) is grounds for firing in my book. He was wearing a hat and had a beard. Couldn't remember his name, but if you meet someone bragging about his clearly non existent drift 240, you know who to stay clear of.
