  My friend had the unagi and I had the beef with rice. While the unagi was fatty and quite delicious, it was too salty and the cut left a lot of bigger bones (still edible) to chew on. The beef on the other hand (is NOT cooked japanese style with green onions) but tastes more korean with sweet onions and vegetables. It was good but not really authentic. They also dont add anything to order like requesting an egg to the bowl which most japanese restaurants do. However its a cozy place with good tasting food as long as you arent craving a lot of authenticity. If you are, try Shogun at Pacific.
