  Making the appointment was unacceptable. I had to talk to two people to get my appointments in place on one day. Then, one day before the appointment day, they still had me schedule for two days. Then I had to call and have them reschedule the appointment for the same day. I think all the scheduling had me on hold for a total three hours. I have been a long time customer of Sears Protection Service and never ran into this problem. I had four appliances to be checked and in the past one person could checked all foue. I had two technicians come (one from A & E and
  Dish) When I called the the last time time to schedule my appointment ,I was cut off when I asked why making appointments this year was so difficult. THE TECHNICIANS WERE GREAT!
