  Came in to pick up a package from the PO
  Box and a book we ordered for my daughter from Girl Scouts was shredded due to them bending and jamming it in there. Rich, the little fat guy with glasses had an attitude when I asked about the procedure for damaged packages. There was also a Hispanic young, tall, but ugly and chubby with a beer belly hovering around to listen and she was laughing when I asked Rich why he had an attitude. The sad thing is that if that little troll was outside he would be meek as a mouse but behind his counter he thinks he can be a bully to me. I have seen him outside and I see him act like the coward he is in reality when passing by Hispanics or homeless people. Definite mental disability problems with the older workers and the younger ones getting paid dirt as PSEs laugh at everything because they are so immature and ghetto. No wonder they are always hiring. I am having my PO box changed to another location. They are worse than the homeless people that used to surround that place and stink just as much. I know they are homely, lonely people but don't take it out on paying customers that are forced to use their service because they are the only mail service around. Hopefully they become privatized and get new employees that have to earn their pay.
