  Sherri Betz is an incredible instructor. I took several of her pilates-based online courses for physical therapists and rehab professionals, and her skill and knowledge in teaching were remarkable. She has a very patient and kind demeanor, and is passionate about helping people move well! I am sure she is every bit as effective in the clinic as she is in the "classroom".
