  Slow and unhelpful
  Employee was scolding customers for not signing in when there was no pen available. Wasted an hour waiting when they didn't have a clue how to resolve my very basic issue. Their solution was to get a new phone and why not because I'm due for an upgrade right? Oh, but I'm going to have to call AT&T and jump through some hoops first... later
