  Ah good old Ross they seem to be more focused on following homeless people who are shopping and not shoplifting. They like to intimidate them I don't think they really cared if they purchace anything or not. I say this because sometimes when I go there I have a backpack and I will be followed by a security team when I shop without a backpack hardly noticed at all.On top of that they
  Closed the bathroom to the public and their return policy is just stupidity at its finest. On the good side there are some very good deals if you are patient enough to find them.They also have the best hours of any large department store in this area. Plenty of parking And some of the staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise.
