  Great clothes nice staff, but trying to return something is a nightmare if you don't have the tags still attached [understandable I suppose] but in age when on line shopping is the most cost effective and easiest way to shop, those of us that prefer to support local businesses would like to see a little coming back the other way. I spent close to $700 in the store, and wanted to exchange one dress [probably about 60 bucks wholesale] but because it had no tags on it I was denied, so ok I lose the $130 it cost me, they get the $60 profit minus running costs, and they lose a customer forever. A real shame, because they have some cool stuff in there - I posted this then read some other posts, apparently I'm not the only person this has happened to - Caveat Emptor [buyer beware]
