  I recently bought a new bike at Family and couldn't be happier with the customer service. I came in on a few separate occasions during the process and regardless of my annoying indecisiveness, was given service above and beyond any expectations. Stoked on the bike and the process was fun thanks to the staff's opinions and the good conversations we had in the shop. Thanks for all the help, Family!
