  If I could rate zero stars I would! By far, the worst car wash I have ever been to! Do not waste your money or time here. There was no soap in the sprayer, the hose for the foam brush leaked all over me instead coming out the brush, sprayer water pressure is incredibly low, the equivalent of a garden hose and it does not beep when you are getting close to running out of time, forcing you to put another $6 in to restart it. I put $10 of tokens in and my car is still dirty. Any other self service place in Santa Cruz I could have had my car washed and waxed for $10, here I got a very sad, low pressure rinse and ran out of time because I had to go over my car so many times. Shame on the owners of this business, they are obviously very greedy and don't care about customer satisfaction. I want my money back!
